Two Rooms for Rent, looking for flatmates

We have a large, four-bedroom apartment that will have two rooms available, one next week and the other in early May. Each room has its own bathroom and air-conditioning; rent is between $100-$125/month (depending on which room you prefer). Additional costs such as utilities, water and paying the house cleaner add up to about $35-$40 a month per person. There is a large kitchen, living room, patio, washer, and cable TV. The flat is located on the second floor of a three story house but there is an enclosed area next to the unit on the ground floor to store bikes and motorcycles.
The flat is located near the corner of street 143 and 278, two blocks south of Sihanouk near the Kirirom (5 minutes from Olympic Stadium, 10 minutes from Lucky's or O'Russey, 2 minutes from Monivong...). Although it is easy to access the main boulevards from this area the neighborhood is quiet and safe.
Please let me know if you are interested though bear in mind we would prefer people who are planning to stay in Phnom Penh long-term (at the very least 6 months).
