this would have to be the fastest wifi i have yet used in Phnom Penh. Good brewed coffee and good food.if anyone has any other spots please let me know. La Croisette (river front cnr street 144) has a reasonable connection as well

Lone Star is in Street 172 about 300 metres west of Norodom (i.e. away from the river from it).
Basically go west from the western gate of Wat Unaloum, for about a kilometre.

the HAHA cafe on 178 between 63 and monivong has really fast internet and pretty cheap coffee.
there's not much variety in the way of food etc. but there is a huge selection of coffees to chose from.
it's located on the 1st floor of the tokyo hotel...
