Never could that much used phrase ‘room with a view’ be better used than to describe this stunning 2 bedroom elegant restoration of an old French colonial apartment located on Phnom Penh’s riverfront on Sisowath Quay. Floor to ceiling sliding glass doors separate the front shuttered balcony from the air-conditioned apartment allowing for al-fresco dining or a wind-down leisurely cocktail as the sun falls into the mighty Mekong. ‘A stunning view over the Tonle Sap and Mekong’ just doesn’t do this landscape justice. This is a view to die for….!

Above the kitchen is a galleried sleeping deck (bedroom 2) made from hard wood and ironwork that makes perfect use of the enormous vaulted ceilings and provides great sleeping accommodation when visitors come knocking or a snug area to watch a weekend film or take a nap….

The owner is seeking a long term let preferably - and at a very realistic USD$900 pcm this is not likely to be on the market for long.
