We have a beautiful bedroom with attached bathroom available immediately
Ours is a western designed bog house with 2 large balconies , on a quiet street,(st 99) with lots of little shops nearby and a few mototuts always about.
The interior has a modern western design ,with large windows , big living room, dining room,laundry room, and a well equipped kitchen. your room is fully furnished with a hot-water bathroom ,a new 1hp air conditioner , study table and a TV.
The house has a beautiful terrace, a large attic, and has lots of potted plants in the driveway.
We have a maid who comes everyday, security at night and lots of parking space.
We are located a few minutes from the Russian market and Monivong Blvd.
At present we only have 3 people at home and am looking for one-more . however, we plan to keep the occupancy low.
Rental is Usd 300 negotiable (inclusive of Internet, laundry, maid services,water, electricity, garbage collection ,and cable TV.)
