Looking for two rooms to rent starting September 4th or earlier; 3-6 month contract, $125-$225 per person. Good airflow is important, as are bedroom windows that let in sunlight; we're looking for a balcony, since we like to barbecue. We have two cats, I hope that's OK.

We're American brothers in our mid-20s. One of us has been in Phnom Penh for almost two years; he works in business. The other just came out and is teaching English at a leading school. We're tidy and pretty easygoing. We'd come with a lot of kitchen stuff, a respectable DVD collection, and a great maid and an awesome cook if you're interested.
