American guy needs a temp place from around June 4th until mid august
I think I would need A/C everything else is workable.

Figuring on about $150 ish in budget

Never, been to Cambodia so I would like to be around an area with expats..... but, am flexiable
I am between Job contracts and I decided to come there and explore I will probably travel I just want a home base and such.
