Propose a room in a flat shared with me and a khmer flatmate.
Private room with fans, A/C, with bed, cupboard.....
Secured place : young landlady staying on the ground floor.
Place for motobike.

Everything included : electricity, gaz, water, cleaning lady once/week : 150 dollars
Room st. 348 (100 meters from Toul Sleng)
Good atmosphere though quiet (we both work a lot and are not often at home).
