Rooms in Large House Available August

Hey all,
We are currently looking for housemates if possible having contracts with local/international NGOs, or working here, to fill rooms at the end of July in a 5 bedroom house. Two of our housemates are ending their work in Cambodia. Currently 3 guys and a girl from Aus, France, US and Germany.
The rent (elec, water bills and cleaner and guard inclusive) varies from 175-200 dollars/month depending on bills.
The house:
A beautiful traditional/modern house two blocks south of MaoTse Tung, close to Russian market and easy access from Monivong with 5 bedrooms, a big living room, dining, kitchen, annexed toilets and a great balcony space for parties, chilling and generally appreciating the big garden space surrounding the compound. There is a shelter for bikes and we have a guard on duty every night and a cleaner comes 3 times a week for laundry, dishes, general cleaning.

I´m looking for a room in PP from august 16th to the end of november.
I´m a 24 year old german girl and I will work in the German embassy during my time in PP as a legal trainee.
Though I will travel some time in august it will also be no problem to rent the room that will be free at the end of the month but I´m also willing to rent from now on.
Now I still stay in Germany so it´s quite difficult for me to organize a room. Maybe it is possible that you can send me some pictures?
