it is a pity, but I have to leave this wonderful apartment in Phnom Penh after only 4 months. It is available from 10th of July on.
The roommates are just as charming as the rooftop and the surrounding. Huge mango trees around the house let you forget that you are in the middle of this buzzing city, but on the rooftop you can see the tops of the surrounding pagodas and houses . In a 2 minutes walk through a tiny street you get on Norodom blvd., one of the central streets in PP. In a 5 minutes walk you will get to a big market.
We spent uncountable evenings on the rooftop eating, drinking wine or mekong whisky, discussing, watching movies, preparing to go out for one of our very long Phnom Penh nights .
It has been one of my best experiences for shared apartments.
The huge rooms all have A/C, Fan, own bathrooms. One room has a balcony, but there is always the rooftop. We have Wireless high speed internet.
The rent is USD 200 plus USD 10 Internet and c.a. USD 20 for facilities.
