I leave my room at the beginning of August in a big appartment ( Street 278 1 minute away from the crossroad between Monivong and Sihanouk).
The appartment has four bedrooms, it is fully furnished with a big balcony. The room is also fully furnished with a king size bed, a/c and an ensuite bathroom.
$175 plus all charges and services: cleaning lady, internet, garbage collection, water and electricity (between $30 and $40).
There is room inside the gate to park your moto, bicycle.
