Moving to Phnom Penh at the begining of October need room!

Hello!
I'm an American female in my mid-twenties who is moving to Phnom Penh for a job at an NGO.
I'll be arriving in the beginning of October and I'd love to find a room in an apartment or find a roommate to find and apartment with!
I'd love to live in BKK1. I'm really easy and fun to live with.

We have a beautiful 05 bedroom western design house in Boeng Trebek which is about 10minutes from BKK1 , very close to the Russian market.
At present we have 02(single bed) rooms (usd 250 each) for rent, and we will have another bigger(queen size) room(350) for rent, from end of October. Each room has it own hot-water bathroom, television and air conditioner.
The rent is inclusive of laundry, cleaning, wifi, cable, water and electricity.
We plan to keep one of the bedrooms free for visitors, and to keep the occupancy low.
Its a beautiful big house with a fully equipped kitchen, with cooker, oven, microwave, etc and lots of parking space.
there is a huge open attic and a very nice balcony on the 2nd floor
