looking for a room in PP, September - November

Hey everyone,
I will be coming to PP for a year in August to work for STAR Kampuchea, a human rights NGO. The first weeks, I will be staying with a host family to have some time to find a place.
Some words about myself: I am 27 years old and like traveling, meeting new people, cooking and eating, watching (independent) movies and having good conversations. I'll stay in PP until August 2010, but my boyfriend is coming in December, so we'll have a find another place to stay then.
If you have a free room from August to November (ideally for less than 200 
and are still looking for somebody friendly to fill that space, I would be glad to help out

I have a great place in the centre of town and I have too many bedrooms. I am looking for someone short term to take one of the rooms. I would be happy to take a picture of two and send it to your email?

It would be great if you could send me pictures and some details about the flat and rooms (who else lives there; furniture in the room/flat; price (what's included, what is not)).
