Hello!
I am a 24 year old spanish guy who is volunteering in a small NGO. I have been in Phnom Penh for only two weeks now, but I will be staying some more months around, and I was wondering if any of you is willing to share to a flat.
Right now I am staying at a guesthouse, but I would prefer to share an apartment with other people (probably volunteers), not only to save expenses but to meet other people in similar circumstances and to enjoy Phnom Penh's social life, as I don't really know many people around here yet.
Ideally the apartment would be located around St.240, but I am open for other locations.

I have a studio room apartment costs $275/mth- one bedroom, one bathroom with hot water and fully furnished (A/Cs, Standing fan, writing table, cable TV, internet access, closet, refrigerator, and reading lamp) and one bedroom apartment costs $350/mth-one bedroom, one bathroom with hot water, one living room, fully furnished (A/Cs, Standing fan, writing table, cable TV, internet access, closet, refrigerator, and reading lamp) and no kitchen but we have a shared electricity kitchen on corridor for free.
