Room for rent in a spacious four bedroom apartment nr Independence monument (#4 Street 29), round the corner from Java cafe. It is $137.50 per month plus electricity bills & cleaner (total approx $25-30 per month). There is also a one month deposit required ($137.50). It is available from the 17th April as I am leaving Cambodia.Rent is paid on the 17th of the month for the coming month.

It is a large room, ensuite (with hot water), double bed, aircon and fan, internet, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, large TV in living room and TV in the bedroom, 24 hour guard and very safe and friendly complex. This really is a great deal for the location and quality of apartment and all the flatmates (one Spanish, one french couple and another french) are very open and friendly.
