Things I am looking for
$x00-$300 depending on area and apartment
First or second floor, no metal spiral stair cases
1 or 2 bedroom, 1 air con and at least 1 shower with hot water
Parking for 2 moto's
Unfurnished other than cooker, refrigerator and closet
, or at least no sofa or bed or TV.
Quiet, or quiet as it can be in PP. No major traffic etc ...
Must allow cats. They are indoor, clean and use litter box (from USA).
The apartment will have to be able to have Ezecomm Internet access installed (by me). I will have fiber installed on a one year lease or WiMax on a 6 month lease.

I am looking for at least a 6 month lease, but if nice and good owners etc ..., maybe longer

Area's
BBK1, BBK2 and BBK3
Near Russian market (but not to close, don't want a lot of noise)
Nothing to far out. Daily commute to Moe Tse Toung, but would like to stay near the city center.

We are really looking for somewhere that we might be able to stay for some time.
