Heading back to Cambodia

Hi there

Will be arriving in Phnom Penh Saturday 13 October and would like to find an apartment as soon as possible.

I am looking for a place around the 250-300 $ and I'm not too fussed where its placed.... as long as its not too far away from BKK1 and the riverside.

To start with I can sign a 6 month lease, but intend to stay longer.

The place should have a decent kitchen and it must have a balcony.

Well if anybody knows of anything, please let me know.
