I have just got into an apartment this week and have a room available.

For those not aware or new to Phnom Penh BKK1 is the best area to find a place. With many expats living here it is safe and has a lot to offer. There's many great bars, restaurants incl Khmer, fusion and western it's a good place to live for it's safety, location and lifestyle.

The apartment;
Situated above a wealthy Cambodians family home this 5 story monster has secure gates and secured entrances, there is also a western English teacher living under me.
There is almost a 360 degree view of PP with 3 balconies as well as a roof top terrace great for chilling out.
Unlike most apartments the kitchen is pretty sweet with brand new big silver fridge, washing machine and crockery etc...
Your room has a big queen size Cambodian style wooden bed, 2 wardrobes and an ensuite with a bath. Large windows and a great A/C.

There is cable tv and a generous lounch with quirky yet comfortable Khmer cane lounges overlooking the balcony perfect for a beer or a wine. Place is FULLY furnished and very spacious. Family downstairs are very kind will sort your washing etc if you need - don't speak any English, it's hilarious but great.

About me;
26, and from Australia.
Recently arrived here in PP, one week as of today and work at the Australian Embassy.
Keen to have a drink and get a bite to eat most nights of the week. Still don't mind a bit of a big weekend but keen to see Cambodia itself over the weekends when I can + ho chi Minh, bankok if I can get away.
I'm here for one year and keen to meet people to have blast with while I'm in Cambodia.

About you;
Someone who won't make the place feel like a ghost town and stick around for an afternoon wind down and have a bit of banter.
Personality and cracking sense of humour is a must!
18-35 but not too fussed. Male /female don't mind, smoker don't mind.
Hopefully your here to do just what I am. If your have people coming to vis is no probs. It's ur place just as much as mine.

75 bucks a week, you might find a few places cheaper by 20 bucks but nothing like this.
No need to commit to a lease, even if your here a couples of months that's cool just let me know so I can find some1 new later.
