There is a room available immediately in a 2 bedroom flat on the first floor of a 3 story building, on a quiet street in a really nice residential area of Phnom Penh, just off of Mao Tse Tong Boulevard, 5 mins walk from the BKK market and 10 mins walk to the main BKK1 area. It is a residential street with a mix of Cambodian families and westerners working here.

The flat is airy and light and is brand new. Its western style and fully furnished. There is a nice little terrace out front. It has a nice big fridge, washing machine, tv etc.
The bedroom is big with built in huge wardrobe, double bed and its own private bathroom, all western style.
You would be sharing with one other female who will be in the flat for the next 2 years.
No couples please and I need someone who will commit to at least 4 months. Deposit is 1 month's rent.
The price is $230 a month + bills (electricity & water work are split between the 2 and work out at $25 each a month) + cleaner who comes twice a week ($15 a month each). Cable TV included. If you require internet we can arrange it and it will cost around $10 a month as we share with the landlady.

There is a locked garage area where you can store a motorbike & bike if needed and possibly a car.
