Looking for someone to assume the last 4 to 6 weeks of my lease, and then extend your stay for as long as you want. Brand new (I was the first renter and have stayed 5 months), with 2 beautiful balconies, 1+ bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, furnished, lots and lots of space, weekly housecleaning, and a gym on the roof. Also AC, TV with Cable, elevator security etc. I am paying $600 a month, plus electricity and internet, which is already set up (total around $30 a month). It this apartment was on the other side of Monivong in BKK 1 you would pay over $1000. Looking to start renting on April 1 but could be flexible.
