We are moving to Siem Reap on April 18th, but are still under contract for our home till Aug 1st. However, our landlord has given permission for us to go ahead and rent our twin villa at Borey New World. The house has been kept extremely clean. We presently pay $500.00 a month rent and $20.00 a month for security. We must rent it asap in order to get our 3 month deposit back. Which would require you paying a 3 month deposit as well.

It is a 4 bedroom 4.5 Baths with extra room for a guard or storage, and another bathroom, as well as a laundry room outside Fairly large living room. The house is fully screened on all windows with screen doors which helps to reduce mosquito problem in the house. There are curtains in all rooms. We have enjoyed living here, and have felt very safe. Nice place to get out and walk. It has a good size courtyard, with several hanging plants as well as other plants setting around. Its near Logos International School, so there are several missionaries and expat families living here. If interested please call us asap for an appointment to come and see it.
