I'm looking to sublet this apartment on behalf of a friend from Aug 1st for 2 months.

Its a really cool place, very close to BKK market on a little road between Norodom and Sotheros. Above a Khmer family who are very friendly.

Reasonable size place.. with large living room, seperate kitchen and bedroom. Plus small balcony. Quiet, fairly leafy little street, but really close to everything in BKK. Good security with a secure space for a moto/bicycle

Has all the basic furniture and kitchen equip. No air con/hot water but there is a big fan in the apt. Simple but very comfortable. Perfect for a 2 month short stay.

At $100 a month this is a real bargain. No deposit required. Doesn't include utilities (about $17 a month approx).
