I have for rent 2 serviced condominiums for rent in the newly completed De Castle TK-83 building in Tuol Kok. The 83 building is the one further north, closer to the antennae on St. 315.

1BD/1BA for $800/m
2BD/2BA for $1200/m
(above prices include the monthly service fee)

The building has two levels of parking, including one underground.
The first floor has an indoor swimming pool, gym and snooker room.
There is also space reserved for a mini mart to open soon.
A propery management company services the entire building and provides 24 hour security.
All rooms are cable tv and internet ready. Cable runs $10/m and internet varies by package.
Both of my condo's are on the top floor with beautifuls views.
The one bedroom condo faces south with a view of the entire city.
The two bedroom condo faces north with a view of Boeung Kak (lake) and Camko City.
You wont use the a/c much with the nice cool breeze that high up...
Both condo's are fully furnished and have been decorated by a professional interior designer.
I have yet to put in the 32" Sony Bravia flat screen tv's and washing machines, but will do so upon receipt of deposit.
Looking for 1 year+ lease with one month deposit.
Willing to wrap utilities, cable, internet, service fees into one price for those with housing per diems upon negotiation.
Must see to appreciate (sample pic attached)... call me for a viewing

Anthony, you have gone native mate. Look at the price, the area and all the ++++ it adds up. There is an amazing glut of condo/apartments and it is a renters market and some Khmer landlords know it and are willing to deal, while some are are trying to pay back loans and debts. Sure had a tenant for however many months, where I come from we call em suckers (you say say come in spinner). This is a very good marketing attempt to lure some expat in who doesn't know any better and you know what he will get it. I will give him 500 flat all inclusive on a 1 year lease for that location, unseen.

Sorry Valerie,

I don't personally own a 3 bedroom condo, but there are many available in the building. I can put you in touch with the management company if you'd like. Give me a call. Also, posting some more pics of my own condo's today...

Dear all,

Thought I'd bump my own advert with some new pics. Both condo's still available... several lookers but no takers. This past weekend I put new Sony Bravia 32" flatscreen TV's in each condo. Cable tv is already enabled...

Most of the furniture offered in the local market is very large and suitable for villas, not apartments. I ended up hiring an interior designer to outfit my condo's and she had all of the furniture custom made by a local carpenter. I don't know who it was she used... sorry.

The TV bench has two spaces for DVD player, game consols. etc. and 2 pullout drawers for storing other things. Cheers!

Hi all,

I had an American tennant in my 2 bedroom condo who just recently moved back home, so it's available again. I'm asking for $900/month firm. This price does not include the monthly service fee of $100. Nor does it include utilities, cable tv or internet. Based on my last tennants usage utilities cost him about $150-200 per month, cable tv $10, and unlimited internet $150.

The condo is fully furnished and move-in ready. Refrigerator, rice maker, microwave, gas stove, washing machine, flat screen tv, vacuum cleaner, iron, pots, pans, dishes and silverware...

As the original listing stated... indoor swimming pool, gym, pool tables, ping pong tables, 24 hour security and great views from the top floor. Give me a call if you're interested.

Ummm... that's the price I got for the last 6 months of 2009, reduced from the original asking price of $1,200. This is a penthouse condo with the best amenities. Some people are willing to pay for luxury and they're not at all suckers. Thanks for your good luck wishes though... Smile

They sound lovely and I hope you let them.

Please don't mind me sharing some info for anyone looking in the area to give an idea of whats available around here.

I live in Tuol Kork in a fairly new, serviced one bed flat, TV, washing machine, balcony, good kitchen, microwave, pots and pans, crockery etc, linen provided, hot water, nice views, secure parking, 24hr security, off the main roads, with water, cable, internet , included for $640pm. A mate has an even larger 1 bed appartment, the same deal but including use of gym and out door pool(new facilities) for $650. Electricity is about $20pm. Monthly membership of the pool and gym is $35pm.
