Just recently heard about someone looking to try "FROG" wine.......
and then about drink names............so why not post some.
Mine was called "MooseMilk" and everyone who wanted into our party
HAD to have a cup, that's the 'Admittance' fee
Sounds like a Canadian drink ay?
Everclear (pure grain alcohol)
cold coffee (fairly strong, helps)
pure vanilla extract (more alcohol)
vanilla ice cream
lots of ice
Amts. of each to your own imagination and taste
And don't knock it 'til you've made it! It's amazing
Enjoy,
Oceangirl
Beer...the reason i get up every afternoon.
Once had a drink called a "Nuculear Winter"
Similiar thing to a sharkeys motor round, but not green 'white in fact'.
Wasn't conscious long enough to find out what was in it.
Bats blood was my most difficult to drink, 2nd to gettin that 1st beer down early in the morning after, can't beat a bit of old dog hair to pick u up
should start a homebrew club and see wot CRAZY drinks we come up with...ha ha ha ha ha ha ha
I'm not sure if this is an appropriate topic for the pub section of the forums.
BC
yeah, let em have some fun...
Cobblers
Not appropriate...? Talking about different drinks would seem strange in the property section.. but in the pub section?? you lost me.
Tell us where then, and what we can say and what we can't, is EAS a police state too?
Good one Tony
I was wondering the same thing myself, especially as Anthony told you to go
for it
Tks Anthony. let's have some fun.........can't be serious all the time
The drink, BAR NONE, that put me into another realm (no seriously)
was " Picon biere " It is an amazing liqueur that is popular in N.France my
hubby took me to a small bar and the older madame was laughing at me because I
said I wanted one (usually only the men drink it)
It is 1 1/2oz of Picon added into your beer
OMG!! It tastes so amazing that I had like 4 or 5 of them. Later, I was singing the
French National Anthem, all the words!! I don't speak much French and I certainly
don't know the words The Picon had unusual effects, much like drinking
"Absinthe", it improves the function of the brain! But does very wierd things too
The next day, I thought I would die. My head was like somebody pounding it steadily
with a very big mallet. Ouch!
But I'd do it all over again if I could find it here

I was just thinking that this is probably the first "pub" conversation I've seen in the pub for a long while...
...do we need to add a sarcasm forum??
BC

Moose Piss
True Story.
THE KID
Dont need a sacrcasm forum, got one right ere!
Bring it on B.C
Gonna look for this Picon stuff to mix with Anthony's frog wine come the new year, if we make it that far that is!
Got a few big parties going off this year, should be a new thread just for xmas parties!!!!!!
Has anyone tried the local plonk they add to beer in the provinces, it's not palm wine, as it's not sweet, maybe a rice whiskey or something, boy does it give beer a kick!
I'veheard you can make vodka with rice? is this true, i thought it was made with potatoes (tatties where i come from)?
Chinese whiskey. Specially after my Chinese teacher told me they don't make whiskey in China. It tasted like Chinese chocolate which is amazingly bad tasting.
oh and a witch cocktail, not only did it have vodka, whiskey, tequila, gin, orange soda, rum, and brennivín (black death) but also Gammel dansk, jagermaster, Opal, Grand mariner, Bailey's and a few others.
And I guess the chicken feet water I was forced to drink when I was sick in Indonesia. Yummy...
Here's a good one for "not appropriate"

This just get's better and better, c'mon B.C. you must have a comment on this one?
Should this be under sales and swaps or strange deaths?

In my defense... I've got nothing but the obvious, I'm Icelandic and there isn't much else to do around here but drink obscene amounts of alcohol.
oh well ... alcohol does warm you up somewhat, i guess ... ... ...
Not when you live in WINTERpeg!!
really ... ? ... maybe ty watering it down less then ... ? ...

hmmmmm, that kind of makes me think of american beer...........
was wandering along the riverside last nite, looking for the vendors that sell those eggs (you know, the hard-boiled eggs with the salt and pepper already stuffed inside them ... ) ... anyhow ... ended up at that grassy area between the river and the palace, and was approached by a weird-looking old lady selling cicada wine ... or maybe they were grasshoppers ... not sure, it was too dark to see ...
PS. i actually consider buying a bag (yes, they come in plastic bags like when you buy sugar cane juice), just to take a piccy ... but couldn't be bothered carrying it around all nite ...
Just to take a pic...drink it up Nancy boy -

you mean the "Egg Man"
'Pong Mouen Ang Psoum Kreung Piseh [egg chicken grilled made from ingredients special] mean rucheat chhnguy chnine [have flavor smell good taste good].'
wish the egg men would walk by my place more often ... would sure save me the long winding walks though the food areas at night when i've got that craving, lol ...
