Yes, you know who you are.
Most mornings I find your evil knievel driving down Sothearos rather amusing as you speed, swerve and honk at one and all.
This morning though, I was not so amused. First you try to undertake me at speed on a single carrigeway. Then you try to overtake me, but oncoming traffic forces you to swerve back into me, forcing me to brake and swerve. Then when I honked you, you flip me the bird !
Keep it up and you'll find out the hard way that some people do not take kindly to such arrogance.

Is she Cambodian or western?
You should stake the route and post a video, you might get it on Bayon TV, sunlight is the best disinfectant.
Was this a foreigner or Khmer?
Was the Prado brand new or an older model?
Unless you are Khmer and have a car worth at least $100,000 you shouldn't be driving like that anymore.
People in 15 year old Landcruisers are no longer considered worthy of excessive special treatment.
We get Hun To's wife speeding past my son's school everyday up street 344. The funny thing is she doesn't like her body guard riding with her so she makes them ride a powerful bike speeding just right behind her. She nearly hit some children's once and didn't evenbat an eye lid.
