Find this unlikely but would be interested to see is this is a rumour or not.
Or is the pixie just stirring the pot?

I can't access it you on my Metfone3G dongle, haven't been able to for a few days (4?)
Have been able to access it fine on MekongNet Wifi at work however.
Am currently viewing through a www.hidemyass.com proxy server as I am on the metfone dongle and a standard address bar attempt returns Chrome 'Oops!' page.
Congratulations looks like you have been blacklisted!

Sorry for triple post....my assess fault.
Same here, Anthony. I'm with Metfone and I can only access EAS through a proxy.
I use Metfone for mobile internet and cannot access this site anymore, the same deal as blogspot.
You should try to figure it out and get it fixed because a lot of Expats are using Metfone for internet now.
Though if they keep on blocking stuff I might change providers because this thing with blogspot is just annoying.
I'm with Metfone on a cable connection in Kampot and not having any problems accessing this site or any blogspot. All blog sites were blocked for me for ten days or so a few months back when the big blitz was on but subsequently OK
thanks for your feedback. I have a meeting this afternoon and should have some answers for you later today or tomorrow.
Cheers
AG
EAS is being blocked on my Digi connection, currently accessing via a proxy...
I'm using Digi and it's not blocked
Online's working fine
Still blocked on my Digi connection http://i.imgur.com/z6ygs.jpg
Also blocked on my Metfone 3g connection.
Using hidemyass.com to post this now.
I have vietell and have to access through a proxy.
it would seem that the block has been lifted. Any feed back folks?
Yep it's fine now. Thanks!
Thank you Ghislain
I'm a Metfone user in S'ville and had to use a proxy. Issue is gone now. Any idea why it happened in the first place?
All good here. I think I will be giving MetFone a miss, speed much slower now.
Anyone else having problems?
I have free access to this site with Metfone
BUT
my Metfone IP is blocked for a few Google services such as
Google friend connect
blogspot.com (owned by Google) blog site
- NOT for G search!
the reason is obvious and has nothing to to with an individual honest user getting a dynamic Metfone IP
but the reason is that Metfone mobile 3G apparently is too often used by cyber criminals and then the SERVER ADMIN/server owner = NOT the site owner !! uses iptables to block an IP range or even an entire ISP IP range for either many days or like I do in my servers for years or life. this is a mere measure of server security and server protection to keep cyber criminals OFF a site or server.
there is nothing you can do as the server OWNER needs to know what is most efficient for his own servers within HIS available budget. iptables is the fastest, resource friendliest way to keep all hackers (and visitors) from that network OUT at near zero cost to server resources since iptables are done on kernel level without loging.
typically you see after extended period of time either a blank page OR a time out error depending on how iptables was configured to secure the server = with or without notification of the rejected visitor.
Such or similar server protection may be done manually or automatically by server security software.
The same security procedure also can be applied on a larger scale OR by gov censurship (unlikely for the case here)
Ah, so it's nothing to do with unannounced censorship, but it's the destination sites who are blocking metfone, ezecom, etc?
And expat advisory is blocking cambodian addresses because of cyber criminals?
Who knew.
