Dont think that they will plain the edge off the steel door,maybe use a belt sander or spring the hinges.

Get the landlord to do it. If he/she won't, then find a handy man, and deduct the cost plus your time (say $50/hour)to PM, allow access, hang around, supervise and to find the handy dude, from your next rent payment.

Alternatively stop paying the rent until it gets done. Sticky door sounds like a landlord's problem unless you damaged it. Even if you did,the landlord will want to know who is doing the work.

There is an oversupply of rental accomodation at present. You have the whipping hand.

If the landlord is beligerrent tell him/her that you will start deducting 10% for rent tax. If they kick up a stink then threaten to report it all to the MOF.

You will be surprised how fast they move.

Why don't you just walk to the nearest steel fabricating shop ! They are everywhere.

..because it is the landlord's problem and everytime you let somebody off the hook for something they are responsible for they think it is ok. The landlord needs to be taught that accountability comes along with profit.

have you asked your landlord to fix these things? I would not take Wal's approach as that will just make you seem like an arrogant barang and will yield you trouble but you might find they are quite happy to fix. If not, just pay for it yourself. It is cheap and not worth the hassle;
