We're moving out of our apartment and am putting up the details of the apartment for our landlord.

-Enormous roof terrace the size of full apartment, with washing machine and swinging seat.
-Moto/bicycle parking.
-Friendly helpful landlord with fluent English living on ground floor.
-Passed UN security check in 2008.

Costs/other:
-We currently pay $400 per month
-Bills approximately $40 per month, incl water, gas, electricity, waste.
-Apartment is furnished and we have added to this with an extra bed, desk, shelves, rattan sofa, kitchen equipment, DVD, lamps etc, that we can sell on if wanted
