Minimally but fully outfitted/ furnished. $210/month includes cleaner 2 x a week for about 2 hrs each. She has worked for a friend for 12 years. Trust her more than my own mother (since she won't read my journals). Air conditioner in bedroom but I never use it. Fan. Electricity w/o air conditioner averages about $20/month, $5/month for water. Available early January to end of May. You won't find a better place. Perfect for single or couple. Infant might work or any age young enough to share a room with you. I will have to leave my clothes and books here, so though I will pack it all into an inconspicuous place, it is better if you don't have tons of stuff.
