We are heading back to Australia for the birth of our baby and wish to sublet our lovely house in BKK1 for 4 to 5 months while we're away.

In a quiet, centrally located street, this 3 bedroom + study house is set amongst a large tropical garden (just in time for mango season!). We have furnished it ourselves with our belongings shipped from Australia so it has a very 'homey', comfortable feel. It has balconies front and back and also a garden pergola which makes the house great for entertaining. There is room for car parking.

There are 2 bathrooms, air conditioning in bedrooms, study and living room and a well kitted-out kitchen. Price $1400 per month. Amenities (electricity, water, internet) & housekeeper are extra.

We would prefer to keep our housekeeper on during the period, she comes 3 days per week. Guard optional.
