I need to sublet my apartment for about 3 months, from mid/late January to late April. Exact dates are flexible.

The apartment is lovely and remarkably good value. While the house is shared with 2 mature, professional, friendly Western women, there is also plenty of privacy as I occupy one entire floor to myself, including bedroom, huge living room, and a home office. The upstairs includes my two housemates, a kitchen, another living room, and a lovely terrace with a view. We also have a small spare bedroom for guests. I also have a delightful and affectionate pet cat, although I think I will be taking her with me while I'm gone. The house is located in Boeung Keng Kong 2, only a short walk from Wat Langka, and there are many amenities very nearby. You will not find a better bargain in Phnom Penh.
