We have a nice big room with ensuite in a beautiful villa just off Norodom near ISPP, the whole apt has just been totally renovated.

The villa has been converted into 2 separate apartments and we have the upstairs, it has 3 bedrooms and a massive balcony, it is fully furnished including projector, xbox, bbq, washing machine, kitchen stuff, etc...

The villa compound has a proper yard/garden, plenty of parking area, a 24/7 guard, it is secluded and peaceful while still being in the center of everything and a great neighborhood. Also extremely safe.

The roommates are 1 American and a British couple, all young professionals who have been here 2+ years (mid/late 20's). Very social and easygoing. There is also 1 small and generally well behaved dog.

Rent is $325 plus utilities, cleaner (5x a week and does some cooking), etc... which brings it to about $400 + or -
