Fantastic house available for rent from November!

A peaceful retreat in Phnom Penh. Modern, new western style house has 3
bedrooms, living/dining room and beautiful, western-style kitchen. A second
building in the same style has 2 extra bedrooms, a storage room and a
bathroom open to the outside. Every bedroom has an en suite bathroom. Master
bedroom has a walk-in closet. All paint, tiles, bathrooms, and light
fixtures are tasteful. Huge yard including landscaped garden, very large
tiled drive (kids can play football or ride bikes), covered car park,
covered sitting area, and small fishpond. Very private: no neighbours on
either side or behind – right beside Boeung Trabek lake. Never had a
problem with security. Just 5 minutes from Boeung Keng Kang 1; 15 minutes to
