Job Requirements

Experience, qualifications and performance

Trainers must have:

Delivered Training > 100 days in a lead role for a training provider / Minimum of 10 years working experience
Master’s Degree qualified preferred Experience in participatory/trainer centred approach
Experience working as a Staff Trainer or Professional Developer and enthusiastic about the industry
Proactive in recommendations for the business
Proven successful experience
Fluent in Khmer as well as an upper intermediate level of English
