The President of the National League of Communes and Sangkats (NLC/S), Mr Say Kosal, requires the services of an English teacher for private classes. His preferred schedule is Monday, Wednesday and Friday evening from 5.30 to 7.00 p.m. Mr Kosal would like to begin his classes as soon as possible.

The NLC/S is the Local Government Association of Cambodia advocating the interests and building the capacity of the Commune and Sangkat Councils, the most local level of government in the country. It receives support from VNG, FCM, EU and UNDP. As the scope of the organisation’s activities is widening the president is starting to feel the need to communicate in English. At present his English is rudimentary.
