Chef De Partie / Commis Cook (Western Cuisine)

Responsibilities:

Candidates will be placed on different positions according to their experience:

• Assist Head Chef in all food preparations.
• Prepares food/ingredients as per the Head Chef's instructions.
• Maintaining the general cleanliness and condition of the kitchen and equipment.
• Check that proper quality, quantity and expired date of received goods in accordance.
• Minimizing food wastage.
• Daily inventory checks and ordering.
• Able to deliver food items on time with consistent standard and presentation.

Requirements:
• At least 1 year relevant experience.
• Able to multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment without compromising the quality of food produced.
• Keen interest to learn and adapt.
• Excellent working attitude.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Able to work as a team and independently.
• Able to work longer hours when required.
• Full-Time position( available.
