Join RoCK and friends at Phnom Penh's Meta House for an informal screening of two LGBT-themed short films from San Francisco. The films were made entirely by a volunteer group of friends with limited resources, yet both have won multiple awards at film festivals around the world. Director Drew Stephens will present the films, as well as “behind the scenes” footage of how they were made. In "VDA Tape 96" (11 min), two men are enjoying their romantic date night, until one discovers a provocative videotape. The film highlights the theme of marriage equality. In "Prinsea" (12 min), a father reacts when his young boy dreams of becoming a Philippine princess. This is a look at gender identity through the eyes of a father.
