The flat consists of 3 rooms, a spacious kitchen/living area and a fantastic rooftop with great views of the city and plenty of space for parties. All three rooms have aircon and a private bathroom, and one room has a balcony.
The other two rooms are currently inhabited by a lovely British UN intern and a French entrepreneur, both in their mid-twenties. We have an arrangement where we switch rooms every 6 weeks or so, due to the differences in rooms (ensuite bathrooms vs balcony), but this would be negotiable. All rooms are spacious with high-ceilings, and are fully furnished with beds, wicker dressers, chairs, and desks/tables.
