Looking for partner

I’m about to sign for a medium size restaurant/coffee shop in excellent location in Phnom Penh.

I’m looking for a partner to help as I have a full time job – it will need some renovation and efforts.

Looking for a hands-on to overlook renovation and daily operation. Details of partnership open for discussion, total investment on the mid –scale.

I’m serious and want this to make a successful business; running restaurants is what I do best, being the trade for 20 years.
