The Caravelle pays homage to the wickedly delectable, amazingly sweet tiger prawn from 11th to 17th August 2008 when Restaurant Nineteen serves up tiger prawn in a myriad of tasty adaptations.
Look for big white, meaty prawns stirred in woks, immersed in yellow curry, tenderized in spiced yoghurt, seared, grilled, minced, steamed and sautéed. Chef's at the hotel's ground floor restaurant are pulling out the olive oil, the red chili, the coconut milk, lemongrass and garlic BBQ sauce for the tiger prawn celebration.
The tiger prawns will be available for dinner only.
