Internship Seeking
PSE is a non-political and non-religious association, created in March, 1993, which supports underprivileged and non-educated children. Since 1996, the children working and living in hard conditions in Phnom Penh, Siem Reap and Sihanouk Province have been the organization’s focus.
PSE has provided education and training to more than 6,000 students. PSE’s vocational training consists of 9 training schools offering 19 separate skills such as Early Child Education, House Maid, Car Maintenance, Construction, Hairdressing and Spa, Executive Secretary, Sale and Marketing, etc.
In the next term of November to January 2010, the Early Child Education and House Maid trainees will require internship in their respective skills. PSE would like to call for individual families Cambodian/ expatriate and Kindergartens/ Day Cares to allow opportunity for our students to conduct their internship and get experiences.
Qualifications of our students:
House Maid
- Minimum age: 18 years old
- Interior decoration
- Attitude
- Basic cuisine (Asian and western dishes)
- Foreign cultures
- Cleaning and maintenance of the material, according to their nature
- Hygiene and nutrition
- Organizing receptions
- General Course: Moral and professional, English and French, Mathematics, etc.
Early Child Education:
- Nursery care
- Hygiene
- Safety of the child and first aid
- Child’s nutrition
- Health
- Child’s diseases
- Child’s psychology
- Public health
- General Course such above
