My name is Elijah Penner. I am an American - fluent in Khmer (listening/speaking/reading/writing), and living in Phnom Penh. I have four years of experience in grassroots development work in Cambodia and am currently on the hunt for a new job with an NGO. In addition, I am working (through distance learning at the moment) on a Masters degree in International Development.
In addition to NGO work, I am interested in being part of consultant teams if there is a place for me. I will contribute greatly to the team dynamics of any group as I am easy to get along with and do well with people; both Cambodians and expatriates.
