BORDA-Cambodia is currently seeking a Cambodian national to fill the following position: Admin/Finance Officer (1 position based in Phnom Penh)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage all office administrative requirements
Manage office financial resources
Financial record keeping and preparing staff payroll
Procurement of goods and services for office and project activities
Secretarial and logistical support
Translations written and verbal
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree majoring in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting and at least 2 years work experience in managing a similar position in an NGO or business environment
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
• Detailed knowledge of administrative, accounting and finance systems and processes
• High level professional English conversation abilities
• Strong Khmer and English writing/typing skills
• Advanced computer skills (Min – Advanced MS Office, Internet, Email)
• Excellent communication skills
IMPORTANT ATTRIBUTES

• Able to work independently with little supervision.
• Able to plan and commit to work to meet deadlines.
