Recently our family needs have changed and a lady, Makara, who we had engaged for employment for cooking and cleaning is now available for part-time in the afternoons.
She came highly recommended with great references from several past employers. She is honest, reliable, shows initiative. She speaks a little English. She has taken the Garden Centre Cafe cooking course so can cook a variety of dishes (European, Thai, etc.) including Khmer of course.
