Dear Friends
I have a friend who living in City Garden, 56 Ngo Tat To street, Binh Thanh DIstrict. This is a high-class apartment in Hcmc with very nice place - facilities. This is 1 bed room apartment : 70 sqm, fully furnished and view to city. The area is very quiet and private.
My friend has to transfer job to Singapore next month. So she is still looking for someone whom interesting to live in City Garden. She is pay $1000 including management fee for this apartment.
Deposit 2 months, pay 1 month in advance
