Our client is one of the leading multi-industry Corporations in Vietnam. They are very active in real estate, infrastructure, and hydroelectricity. They are urgently looking for a Marketing Director capable to meet the responsibilities and qualifications identified below:

Position : Marketing Director (Expatriate only)
Line of Reporting : General Director (Expatriate)
Location : Hanoi
Salary : Competitive based on qualifications

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Plan, develop, and execute all marketing activities including but not limited to:
• Developing marketing strategies for new and existing real estate products (high-end apartments, villas, office and commercial space) to align with the sales plans and market conditions;
• Directing all PR activities to ensure targeted clients are made fully aware of the corporations products;
• Managing the productivity of the marketing plans and projects;
- Manage the marketing budget and deliver marketing activities within the agreed budget;
- Work closely with the Sales Department in achieving targeted sales volume;
- Organize training programs for Marketing staff;
- Monitor, review all marketing activities and report results weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly to the General Director.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A relevant university degree, MBA is preferred;
• Solid work experience in real estate, infrastructure, or hydroelectricity field.
