EXECUTIVE CHEF
(Work location: Sapa, Lao Cai)

Reports to: General Manager

Major duties:
- Responsible for personnel, production and the smooth operation of the department.
- Responsible for the hygiene, quality levels of production and presentation of food and beverage served in outlet, to ensure highest quality at all times.
- Manages the guest satisfaction efforts of F&B outlets in accordance with Victoria’s philosophy.

Qualification and skills required:
- 3 – 5 years experience in the similar position.
- Certificate of professional major/skill.
- Strong leadership & solving problem skills.
- Effective communication & training skills.
- Good English in communication as well as in professional field.
