Does anyone know where to buy soccer boots and shin pads here in Saigon 
Any help would be appreciated.

On Nguyen Thi Minh Khai near Trung Dinh there are a bunch of sporting goods shops that should have everything you need.

There is a store between Vietnam Airlines and tourist information Centre District 1 opposite Rex hotel i think it is. Also down Lai Loi down a little way from the Tax Centre thats a shopping centre not a TAX OFFICE K.

There are many shops in Huyen Tran Cong Chua street (between Nguyen Thi Minh Khai and Ly Tu Trong), or you may check out a big shop which is opposite to New World Hotel, Pham Hong Thai street. The name is Trang Sport, I think.
