Sebastian, a singing teacher, opened a Bistro just a few days ago with the name L'atmosphere. It is located at Khouvieng road, next to the french clinic. He serves coffee, croissants (of course), toast with cheese and ham, salads, laab and some sandwichs. still a soft opening, but since Joma Waterpark will move soon it is a alternative for people working/living in this area.
