I am an American anthropologist teaching at Pannasastra University. I wish to live within bike riding distance to the university on Norodom near the Independence monument. This means the Russian Market area is okay or any place within that general time/distance to PUC. I do not want to spend more than$250 utilities and internet (if possible) included. Obviously I prefer it the price were less. I am quiet, adventurous, speak functional Khmer, more a dinner party than a drinking party kind of person, independent but sociable.
