Yes, Yann,
rents in Phnom Penh are dropping. It is now possible as there are many empty houses and apartments. Rents IMO are going to come down even further over the next 12 months.
I will have to resign my lease in 4 months and will not be renewing at the existing rate but going for at least 10% reduction in the monthly fee.
